How to Place an Order

1. Call Special Delivery at (517)882-1777.
2. Give us your phone number, name, and delivery address.
3. Tell us the restaurant (s) and the meals you would like.
4. Sit back and relax. Special Delivery will deliver your meal shortly.
   Average delivery time is about 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation time.

For Your Information

• $7.50 food minimum is all you need.
• There is a $3.75 delivery fee per restaurant.
• Payment is by cash, PRE-APPROVED local check with valid Michigan ID or Drivers License,
  Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. (A $1.00 charge applies to all checks and
  credit card payments)($30 fee on all returned checks)
• A 10-15% gratuity is appreciated which can be applied to your check. Please consider the
  efforts of our drivers, they work for tips as much as restaurant wait staff. We do not add gratuity unless requested.
• Corporate accounts are welcome. Ask your phone representative for details.
• Our delivery area is limited. Please refer to our delivery codes.
• Prices and Menus are subject to change.
• Last minute food cancellations are not possible. In many cases your order is sent right away
  to the restaurant's kitchen via computer facsimile.
• Gift certificates are available for any occasion. Ask your phone representative for details.
